How do I access a course after purchase?

After payment, we will send your course password via WhatsApp or email — usually within a few hours. Go to the course page, enter your password, and you have full access immediately. If you have not received your password, message us on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods. Contact us on WhatsApp for the options available in your country — we want to make sure every parent can access our courses regardless of where they are.

Can I access the courses on my phone?

Yes — all courses are fully mobile-friendly and designed for parents who are busy and on the go. You can work through them at your own pace, on any device.

Is the free guide really free?

Yes. The 10 Things guide is completely free — no payment, ever. You just enter your name and email and get instant access. You can also share it with any other parent who needs it.

My child does not have a formal diagnosis yet. Are the courses still relevant?

Absolutely. If you have noticed differences in your child's communication, behaviour, or sensory responses — whether or not a formal diagnosis has been given — these courses will help you understand what you are seeing and respond more effectively.

Are these courses only for parents in Zimbabwe?

No. While Autism Awareness Zimbabwe was created with Zimbabwean and African families at its heart, the content is relevant for any parent raising an autistic child. Families in the UK, across Africa, and globally are welcome.

I bought a single course but want to upgrade to the bundle. Is that possible?
