These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Autism Awareness Zimbabwe, operated by Marilyn Laiva, based in the United Kingdom. By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a course from Autism Awareness Zimbabwe, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course content for your own learning. You receive a password that gives you access to the course on our website.
Course access is via a password delivered to your email after payment. We aim to deliver passwords within a few hours of confirmed payment. If you have not received your password within 24 hours please contact us at hello@autismawarenesszimbabwe.com or WhatsApp +447539965710.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe. We do not store your payment details. For families paying from Zimbabwe via Mukuru or WorldRemit, bank details are provided by email on request.
Because our courses are digital products that are accessible immediately upon password delivery, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. We take this seriously and have written detailed, honest course descriptions so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a course, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days.
All content on this website — including course materials, tools, communication packs, hospital passports, written content, and design — is the intellectual property of Autism Awareness Zimbabwe and Marilyn Laiva unless otherwise stated.
Our free tools — including the hospital passports, communication packs, school letters, and early signs checklist — are provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may print, share and use them with families without charge. You may not sell them, modify them and present them as your own work, or republish them without crediting Autism Awareness Zimbabwe.
